OUR PROCESS

01. Discovery Call

We'll schedule a call or zoom meeting and have a informative deep dive into your needs, problems you might run into and brainstorm solutions for a successful event.

Our Producer, Kenny, is a member of Encore Expo as well as a member of IATSE, he will guide us through the best practices from an outside vendor with an insider perspective & knowledge.

02. Production Plan

You tell us where to go and when, we keep it simple.

Crew, Gear, Insurance everything will be organized on the backend by your assigned producer.

03. No Travel Fees, anywhere - anytime

Even if you call us a week before show

04. Edit & Final Delivery (5-10 Days)

Our production team sends over a live google doc alongside an assigned producer. You will receive a immaculately revised first draft in between 5-8 Days.

The videos will be uploaded and hosted on Vimeo, with each edited content, you receive a Vimeo Review link that allows for making any remarks while watching the video.

LIVE EVENTS

We make sure your guests can see and hear clearly by providing flawless A/V Event Production. You book the venue and invite guests, we’ll handle the technical details. Audio, Video, Lighting. Staging, Set Design, Streaming. In-person events, virtual events, or hybrid.

  • Live Event Production: From cameras, gear, switchers, recording/playback, replay, graphics, audio & streaming

  • Field Production: Expertise in Cinema Cameras, Mirrorless Cameras, Camcorders and support, recording media and codecs, audio for video, multi-cam recording, field lighting.

  • Post-Production: Workflows in Shared Storage environments, Media Asset Management and Archive, Transcoding and Delivery.
